Introduction,

Human resource management is the duties that come with the management of labor in an organization (Brewster, 2017). A private organization has a better strategy to manage their human resource as they do not work on the strict strategy as those set to operate the public institutes. The human resource roles can be on a department level or for the very small private organization they can be carried out by the manager or the role delegated to any other senior staff. However, competition is at pick and all organization needs to up their game in the management of human resources function. For the purpose of expertise and working within the budgets, companies have the option to adopt outsourcing for human resources (Brewster, 2017).

Recruitment is the seeking and investigation of the suitable candidates for the organizational job applications and making the pool of candidates to make the proper selection for the job vacancies. Recruitment is one of the most important and needed HR activities in Human Resource Management (Lane, et al., 2015).

There are two methods for recruitment internal and external (Landay & DeArmond, 2018). Understanding the best fitting method is the most important fact and thus, different decisions can be recorded (Bhushan, et al., 2018).

The outsourcing process of the recruitment is making the opportunity in external bodies to make the recruitment as per the organizational requirements (Christensen, et al., 2017).

Advantages of outsourcing recruitment;

§       Cost-effective

§        Time-savings

§        Quality work and can have more recruits

§         Organization is free from the process

§         Competitive advantage can be higher

§          Organizations can make quality move-in employee pool management

Understanding the disadvantages is also very important and some of these are as follows;

§    Losing the control over recruitment process by the employer to some extent.

§     There can be hidden prices in the processes of recruitment and employer needed to bear those costs as well.

§      Security factors can be there and employers needed to have extra attention to these facts as well.

§      Employers can lose focus on the main fact as it makes the movement a long way forward.

 Conclusion

Understanding these makes the proper decision making in the recruitment process as this is a must to be systematic and ordered in a clear order to manage the proper outcome generation (Landay & DeArmond, 2018). As the employees are the backbone of the organization, selection of the proper tool is a must and needed to make future decisions in a clear and organized manner (Claus Wehner, et al., 2015).

  3. There are pros and cons of outsourcing the recruitment process. My personal view is not to do so because with my experience this mechanism didn't go well for us, especially in the IT industry needs technical specialists and domain experts. So, to recruit such resources inhouse HR department must play a major role.
