INTRODUCTION

 Learning curve is a concept that graphically depicts the relationship between the cost and output over a defined period of time, normally to represent the repetitive task of an employee or worker.

Organizational learning has been recorded as very important and critical in order to make the needed outcomes and the processes in a clear and descriptive manner. Along with this fact, Organizations are making the motivation of the employees in learning different things and maintaining their knowledge level for better performance (Cameron, 2008).

There are different modes of learning in organizations (Mitchell & Larry, 2021).

·        Individual Learning

·      Group Learning

·      Organization Learning

 

Understanding the methods of creation of the organizational learning culture is critical as it makes the clear process management in the organizations for the employees (Naqshbandi & Tabche, 2008).

ü Organizational learning needed to be created as a core fact and must fact in organizations

ü Motivational applications in the employees to make the learning a part of their lives

ü Supervisors are needed to make the learning first as a role model or an example for the employees

ü Environment for learning is a timely need and needed to be created

ü Employee encouragement in sharing ideas and learning applications in an effective manner.

 

It is very important to have a clear culture in organizational learning in order to make the innovation and creativity in the organizations. Innovation is a key to development and this can be gained with the proper organizational learning culture (Xie, 2019).

Understanding the methods and steps in organizational learning is another important fact (Lin, et al., 2019).

Current level understanding, collecting the needed outcome results, hiring or managing experts, coordination at a better level, and motivation of the employees in the outcome of learning can be recorded as the most important and recorded facts in managing the organizational learning (Arefin, et al., 2020).

 

Conclusion

Employees Training and development programs provide a host of benefits. They enhance employee performance, boost employee productivity, reduce employee turnover, and improve company culture. Explore the importance of training and development programs for employees and employers by pursuing a career in human resources.
